  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

 

How to Make It

 

  • Place all ingredients in a blender or Magic Bullet and blend until smooth! Let sit for a few minutes so that the chia seeds can do their magic (expand and get slimy). Enjoy!
